Who thought you could reinvent a scoop of gelato?<\/p>\n

You’ll never be able to form gelato into cylindrical ice cream blocks like those I ate from Thrifty’s growing up<\/a>, but with just a little innovation, you can take gelato from uninteresting heaps as normally scooped into a little work of art: a flower<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You almost don’t want to eat it. Almost<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It wasn’t the best gelato I’ve ever eaten, but I sure do remember it.<\/p>\n
