		<description>I miss Italy. I lived there for a short time and one of my favourite things about the country were the &#039;knock-off&#039; drinks as we&#039;d call them in Australia.  My regular was the Campari Spritz, although I really enjoy Negronis.  Just before I left, a friend introduced me to an artichoke liquour, I think called Cynar (correct me if I&#039;m wrong). It was more bitter than Campari.  It too is great in a Spritz.</description>
