		<description>Thank you so much for this post.  I&#039;ve been curious about your photographic equipment, and now I know: it&#039;s the photographer, not the equipment!  Am also very happy to have learned about GIMP, which is now downloaded and awaiting the start of what promises to be a very steep learning curve.

Love the cooking achievements and goals.  Re Indian food: do you find it difficult to find the ingredients in Milano?  We would have trouble in Rapallo I think.  Probably not in Genova though.
