MMMmm! I have some of the fresh (water packed) mozzarella balls and plan to plop one in the center of each ball before roasting.. Has anyone tried doing that with the fresh mozz-balls? If so - should I pat them dry & dust them lightly in flour before stuffing into the garlicy meatballs? If no one responds before I give it a shot..
