This mixture can then be filled into a piping bag with a wide (ish) tip and injected inside the cupcakes. Finish by frosting the top as you would a regular cupcake. This technique is always a BIG hit (irrespective of the flavor)with people of all ages. Just imagine the surprise when they bite into the cupcake and find a creamy center!
