And I've eaten milza: it's actually pretty tasty, but the texture ain't so fun. I always would opt for the panelle (the chickpea flour fritter. Delicious!). My Dad's family is from Sicily, a few generations ago. I can't believe none of us have ever been there. Looks very cool. Take care.
