Just so you all know... this 'Aztec' formulated chocolate is quite common all through Latin America with numerous brands and extra flavours added in (cinnamon/cloves) and is the preferred method of making your common, garden variety hot chocolate - melt in milk, boil 3 times... done. Ok, you can get a little more intricate - some people boil it more times and it's also normally done in a specific type of jug-shaped pot (olleta) stirred with a specifically designed kitchen utensil that has a similar effect to a whisk, putting air into what you're mixing making it light and frothy... mmmmmm

Check out the ad for 'chocolate sol' on youtube... cheesy but you get the general idea ;)

I am a sucker for chocolate truffles of any kind, but your Modica chocolate is particularly intriguing! I would love to try it.
