<p>Heard so much about crappy, dreadful, horror stuff of a bureaucratic tale befelling to Stranieri in Italy.</p>
<p>Thanks for sharing yours, it&#8217;s unbelievable really coming from a super efficient place like us here in Australia &#8211; &#8220;they say it&#8217;ll take 2 weeks, 1 week later voilą<br />
 is not uncommon for us. Hehe, I guess I&#8217;ll wait my turn.</p>
<p>By the way, is permesso di soggiorno for non-EU students as hard to get as well ?</p>

		<description>Wow ... that is amazing! But I have to admit I&#039;m not surprised. It reminds me of a time when I was a little girl and we had gone to visit family in Italy. My father went to the bank to cash traveller&#039;s cheques. He returned four hours later not having cashed the cheques. Apparently lines don&#039;t exist in Italy so my father never made it to a teller! We laught about it now, but it was pretty frustrating then!</description>
